Plot: The Witch is getting impatient -- she decides to take Dorothy's shoes from her -- when she goes to do this Toto attacks her -- the Witch tries to hit him -- Dorothy sees it happen and she fights back -- she hurls a bucket of water at the Witch ( well the Witch can't touch water) and promptly melts therefore freeing all of her slaves (the Quadling People).
