Plot: Solo and Illya investigate the disappearance of several crime figures, and the trail leads to Fasik el Pasad (Paul Stevens), a deposed ruler who is building an army of criminals to regain power. Solo poses as a black-market arms dealer and infiltrates the operation, but is hampered by well-meaning Ernestine Pepper (Diana Millay), a notary public trying to find one of Fasik's men, Angel Galley (Jan Melin)
