Plot: Jett delivers a huge inflatable sword to Neela, an accessory for the balloon version of the legendary dragon-fighter Siegfried she is flying with her Papa in the annual balloon festival. Unfortunately, Golden Boy and Golden Wing are also attending, flying their inflatable, smoke billowing dragon balloon!
