Plot: When the neighborhood's head cat, Gus and his hench-cats think Jinks has been getting chummy with Pixie and Dixie, he tells Jinks to get more meaner and tougher on them and rough them up; Pixie and Dixie's cousin comes for a visit and poses as Pixie and roughs up on Jinks.
