Plot: The Bike Patrol has a new transferee, Scott Kramer, a ten year veteran and department bad apple who seems to take extreme risks without regard to personal safety. He's teamed with Chris to try and stop a pair of bikers on Harleys who are robbing merchants in the Venice area and fleeing on their choppers
