Plot: The final five contestants head to the smallest of the Aran Islands, Inis Oirr, where they meet local man Enda Conneely, who shows them how to forage on the seashore. The hopefuls then receive a fish-filleting masterclass from award-winning cook Nathan Outlaw, before being challenged to replicate one of the chef's signature dishes
