Plot: Jerry's dad shows up at the ad agency, and starts pushing Jerry around, so Jerry quits and starts to help ""run"" the grill, much to Drew's annoyance. Drew has decided that Corky and he should be closer and that Corky should inherit the grill, so he asks him to work with him at the grill
