Plot: Thwarting a potentially disastrous terrorist attack, Jake captures the teenage son of a dangerous anti government militia leader, who retaliates by sending his men to kidnap Jake, but in a mix-up, they instead capture Jake's immature, younger brother Jerry, who is visiting.
