We've all seen photos of these stunning testaments to mankind's most formidable invention; agriculture, but what are they like in real life? Do they live up to the hype and how easy are they to find? Not knowing what to expect I set out east, trailing along Vietnam's northern most border with China in search of the most stunning mountain range I could find
