Plot: A diabetic patient whose blood sugars have risen to dangerous levels visits the surgery, and is told he needs to make drastic changes to how he manages his condition. Other patients include a man who is concerned about a lump in his groin, and a woman who has decided to stop taking her medication for her various heart conditions
