Plot: The Red Queen, crabby about all the anonymous letters in the paper complaining about her rash of newly imposed taxes, dons a disguise and goes undercover to root out the letter writers. To her surprise, she ends up agreeing with the writers’ gripes, and must face the difficult task of admitting she is wrong
