Plot: A documentary about the improvised live art performance at the 2023 Dunghhingh International Live Arts Festival, which will be held in the summer of 2023 on both sides of the Beilun River, the border between China and Vietnam. The film is an essay-film that combines performance with environmental art, live art, and eco-somatics, and is an archival documentary about the arts festivals held in the port cities of Mong Cai, Vietnam and Dong Xing, China
