Plot: In Tver province, in the God-forsaken village of Perelogi, there are Pamiri Tajiks who fled their homeland in the 90s, when a civil war broke out in Tajikistan. Now, together with a few indigenous villagers, they have to solve a difficult state question – what is "multiculture" in action?
