Plot: This is not a "Scrappy" cartoon - A two-year-old horse is trained and primed to run in the Hollywood Sweepstakes, but catches cold and has to be scratched from the race. A small pony, from the stable, is substituted but with no hope of winning, and surprises all -- horses included -- by slipping in 'under' the finish wire
