Bio: People’s Artist Bùi Trần Tuệ Minh (24th February 1938 - 24th February 2018) was a Vietnamese actress, radio presenter, screenwriter and director. Renowned for her sweet looks and a distinctively refined Hanoian accent, she started working for Vietnam Feature Film Studio in 1962 and almost exclusively starred in supporting roles, often portraying tormented and neurotic characters driven to tragic ends
