Bio: Eva Gross (also credited as Ev Gross) is a Polish film actress who was active primarily in German film and television during the 1960s and 1970s. She made her television debut in 1963 with an appearance in the series Hafenpolizei and gained wider recognition through a recurring role in the crime series Cliff Dexter (1966–1967)
