Bio: Michael Kavanaugh "Mike" White was a professional NFL football coach. White played football, rugby, and basketball at Cal Berkeley prior to beginning his professional coaching career as an assistant coach under Marv Levy at Cal (1959-1963) and under John Ralston at Stanford (1964-1971)
